What RankStash is

RankStash is a reference library explaining how ranking systems work — across sports, education, finance, technology, and algorithms.

It does not publish rankings themselves. Instead, each page explains a single ranking system: what it ranks, what inputs it uses, how scores are calculated at a high level, and where its known limitations lie.

Explanations are based on official documentation, academic sources, and widely accepted references. Pages are reviewed periodically and updated only when core methodologies change — the goal is a stable, evergreen reference, not news coverage.
